By creating an account or using MR16 Portfolio (the "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The app is operated by MR16 Crypto Lab LLC.
MR16 Portfolio is a tool for tracking cryptocurrency holdings, transactions, cost basis, and tax information. The app is informational only. It is not a financial advisor, exchange, wallet, custodian, or broker, and it does not execute trades, hold your assets, or provide investment advice.
Paid plans (Premium Access and Pro) are billed through Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. One-time purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; existing subscriptions continue at the locked rate until renewal.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Price, cost-basis, and tax calculations are estimates and may be inaccurate. Always verify with a qualified professional before making financial or tax decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MR16 Crypto Lab LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any losses resulting from inaccurate data, missed tax filings, or service interruptions.
You may delete your account and data at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
