MR16 Portfolio ("we", "us", "the app") is a cryptocurrency portfolio tracking tool operated by MR16 Crypto Lab LLC. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not provide financial advice and we never ask for your private keys or seed phrases.

• Account information: email address and password (hashed) used for registration and sign-in.
• Portfolio data you enter: wallets, transactions, notes, and other records you create or import. This data is tied to your account.
• Usage data: anonymous analytics events such as feature usage and app interactions, used to improve the product.
• Billing data: processed by Stripe. We store subscription status and dates but never your full card number.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To display your portfolio, calculate cost basis, and generate tax reports.
• To authenticate you and enforce your selected subscription plan.
• To send service-related emails such as receipts and security alerts.
• To improve features, fix bugs, and detect abuse.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the app (such as Stripe for payments and our hosting provider), and only as needed to deliver the service. We may disclose data when required by law.

5. Data Security

Your portfolio data is isolated to your account. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your password safe.

6. Your Rights

You can export or delete your transaction data from the app's Account settings at any time. You may also close your account by contacting us, which will remove your stored portfolio data.

7. Children's Privacy

The app is not intended for users under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email.
